Dear CCMN Family,

This is a brief letter to let you know of the change with the situation with the Global
Summit for 2007. We decided to have a Global Summit in Taiwan at our last Global Summit in
Thailand. However, our Taiwan network reported to us that the venue where we were going to
use for the summit is not available for the dates that we had decided. This left us
with 3 options:

1. Change the dates of the Global Summit for 2007 and still have it in Taiwan.
2. Change the location from Taiwan to some other nation and still have it on the same dates.
3. Cancel the Global Summit for 2007 and have the next Global Summit in 2008 in Taiwan.

After consultation with many of our main networkers in all parts of the world, we decided to
cancel the Global Summit for one year – and have it in 2008. The main reason is that many
regions are already having their own summit in 2007 – it seems that the networking idea is
now quite mature and many regions and nations have caught this. We will dedicate 2007 to
strengthen the regional networking and build regional summits. 

WITH NO GLOBAL SUMMIT, YOU CAN PLAN TO ATTEND A SUMMIT IN ANOTHER REGION BESIDES YOUR OWN!
Go and support another region in their networking!

Already planned to have summits next year are the following:
* June 12-15 – Central and South American Summit – to be held in El Savador
* June 20-21 – European Summit – most probably to be held in England
* August 27-30 – Philippines Summit – we may decide to make this South East Asian Summit
  – hosted by the Pilipino Churches
* October 8-10 – East Asian Summit – in Taiwan
* October 10-12 – All Taiwan Summit – in Taiwan
* November 21-23 – Indian Summit – we may decide to make this a South Asia Summit
  – hosted by the Indian churches – most probably in Delhi

These are summits that we already know the dates. The following are pending summits:
* USA is now planning a summit
* Canada is also planning a summit
* Australia may also have a summit

When we have more details, we will let you know. See you in one of these regional summits next year!

Goals:
* To promote encounter and dialogue between leaderships of cell churches from
  Central and South America.
* To facilitate the beginning and development of specific partnerships between cell churches
  and mission networks.
* To know what God is doing through the cell church movement. 
* To know the Elim Church, the second largest church in the world, and its functioning in
  cells. (The cells of this church are transforming the city of San Salvador in its
  social-political context.)

Activities:
* During the day: consultations about topics that will be selected by the participants.
* Evenings: presentations from leaders of the world cell church movement
  (Dr. Ralph Neighbour Jr. — EUA; Pastor Ben Wong — Hong Kong, and others), with the
  participation of the cell leadership from the host church (aprox. 7.000 cell leaders).

This summit is not:
A conference where you come to listen.
Instead, there will be consultations in which everyone participates. Come prepared to share.
An event with a pre-established program. 
Instead, it will be a dynamic and relational time, searching together the purposes God has
with this movement to accomplish the Great Commission in our continent.

Investment:
Air tickets: aprox. USD 1.600,00 (Copa Air) or USD 1.140,00 (Taca Air) from Guarulhos.

For International delegates, please make your own arrangements.

Accomodation:
It will be possible to stay in homes or in hotels, prices ranging between USD 25,00 to
USD 300,00. Contact our offices for assistance.

Meals:

We invite you to join the CCMN East Asia Summit. Hundreds of Cell Church pastors and
Missionary leaders come together each year for the Global Summit to share dreams, pray
together, strategize and discuss how to complete the Great Commission. This year is
the first time we are having the East Asia Summit. This is not a conference, but a
summit. The point is to connect, discuss, build relationships and develop partnership.
We don’t have a major speaker, but you will be inspired and build more relationships.

I join the summit each year. More than 300 pastors joined the summit in 2005 and they
came from 25 nations. It’s a rare chance to meet the cell church leaders from around the
