Who do these Summits belong to?
THIS SUMMIT IS YOUR SUMMIT
We want to share with you that this is not a conference where one comes to learn more about cell church. There is no major speaker and no major presentations. This is a SUMMIT. A summit is where we come to...
- ...try to form and solidify relationships and partnerships;
- ...discuss issues of mutual interest;
- ...formulate strategies that will enhance our common vision; and
- ...decide on actions, if possible, that will bring significant advances in our common purposes.
That is why a summit must have clear general direction – it can be an economic summit or a medical summit – this is a missions summit, and a cell church missions-networking summit at that.
In a summit, the key word is PARTICIPATION.
The people who participate make the summit – the summit is not focused on any main speaker or organizer. Come ready to take part.
Relate to those you do not know – ask the Holy Spirit who you should build relationships with. Be ready to give your input – every person’s input is important; many small contributions will add up to a major breakthrough. In a summit, everyone is just as important as everyone else.
Before the cross of Jesus, we are all the same – sinners saved by grace. We are all equal at the cross.
There are no big pastors or small pastors, no great leaders, no general secretaries or presidents, no chairmen or chairwomen, no senior or junior, no older or younger, we are all simple receivers of mercy and grace. God has chosen to love us unconditionally – not because of any good in us. In the same way, he uses us – not because of our gifts or talents – but because of His mercy and grace.
We represent different nations, different organizations, different races, different denominations, but we are all simply a part of the kingdom of God – it is so exciting!
All of us have important things to contribute to this summit. This is not a summit to share the work that we are doing but to share the BURDEN that God has given us, and where each of us can be a mouthpiece of the Holy Spirit. All of us have dreams and all of us can be used to share what God wants us to share.
THIS SUMMIT IS YOUR SUMMIT.
What is a Global Summit?
For those who have never been before, there will be pastors from about 30 nations who will come and share together. You will learn a lot from each summit, and be stimulated by many people. But you will benefit most from connecting with other pastors from different parts of the world. We are the family of God and we gather as equals – this is the main atmosphere of the summit – "No Control; No Glory"
It is a "Cell Church" Global Summit – so nearly all the pastors who will come are pastoring cell churches. Since they are from different indigenous churches, they will have different models – but all cell churches. Connect with cell churches in India, Bangladesh, Cambodia, Japan, Philippines, Canada, USA, Taiwan, Ukraine, Indonesia, Korea, etc.
It is a "Mission" Global Summit – we are convinced that the Great commission is given to the Church and not just to mission agencies. Come and learn how the local church can be involved in mission – finishing the task that God has given the church in these last days – time is running out! Be stimulated to plant churches and see how others are doing it both in their own nation and in other nations.
It is a "Network" Global Summit – more and more the church of Jesus is realizing that in order to finish the task, we cannot do it alone – we need to work together – pulling the resources that we have together and relate together. This is a key atmosphere of our summit – "what is mine is your; and what is yours is mine" – "my church is your church; and your church is my church" – come build strong relationships with churches in other lands and in your own nation.
Come and join the Global Summit! We trust we will bless you as you bless us!

What is a Youth Workers' Summit?
It was a cold snow-white day in January 2003. CCMN Leaders from East Asia and Australia were somewhere up in the snow mountain of Karuizawa, Japan. We talked about and prayed for this generation, and we ended up having a common desire that we want to connect youth leaders for the challenges of this generation. That’s how CCMN Youth Summit came to its being.
We believe that when we come together with Kingdom vision and values, and be connected, we can be stronger and stronger, not for our kingdom, but for His. That was what happened the last 4 years. I can see the beauty and power of networking. One of the beauties of our Youth Summit is the platform of sharing and networking which creates a maximum participation and communication.
The Lord is restoring the very basic core values of leadership and ministry among us. Network relationship is developing stronger and stronger. Friendship and partnership is being built and we are blessing each other with much love, concern, prayer, experience sharing, encouragement, mission exposure and resource sharing.
In the Uncle and Auntie’s summit, they kept reinforcing the very core essence of CCMN, "No Control, and No Glory". This is what we see in our youth summit also. It is a family gathering, not a conference and the focus is not on the speakers but the brothers and sisters. You will be surprised to experience the free and blessed spirit among us. You are not just a delegate, you are one of the host. You will be a blessing to others as you open your heart to give and share.
To follow up what the Lord has reminded us the last few years about fathering, we will go deeper into more practical challenge of this end time issue. We will also look into the possibility of building a more active regional network. Strategy and Resource is the hardware we want to introduce and facilitate at CCMN Youth Summit too.
Be prepared! See you soon!
